The company HILO reserves the right, to collect data relating to the users of the site and this in a nominative way. If you wish to purchase one of our products online, you will need to provide us with certain personal information in order to place your order. The Customer expressly authorizes HILO to place a “cookie” file on the Customer’s hard drive.

A cookie does not allow us to identify you by name. Generally speaking, it records information relating to your browsing on our site, which we can read during your subsequent visits.

This authorization and transfer of rights is valid worldwide, for a period of five (5) years from the publication of the aforementioned content.
HILO S.A.R.L may reproduce, represent and adapt this photograph for all commercial, promotional and advertising purposes, by any means and on any medium, in particular via the Internet and the press.
You also authorize HILO S.A.R.L to mention your account along with the photograph.
You acknowledge and accept that this authorization and transfer are granted free of charge, and shall not entitle you to any remuneration whatsoever.

HILO. cannot be held responsible for hypertext links to external sites, in particular for any commercial offers or advertising that may be offered on this site. The decision to activate a hypertext link remains the exclusive property of the site’s users
